SEA-Teacher Day 28 Last Day (Semangat!!)

Day 28 (Sept 2 Saturday)
This is day the Thai students except for Beer and Bee will be leaving to Thailand. It was an emotional scene on how each and everyone don’t want to go yet and how they express their sadness in leaving. All of the buddies were there.

And in the afternoon my time to leave….Since I will be leaving in the afternoon I asked them to eat Mie Ayam Bakso in our in the place where we went the other day and they granted my wish then we go back to the dorm as Awa and her father together with Pia, Kiki and Desy will be accompanying me to the airport.
When we were saying our good bye and they are singing Balay ni Mayang I suddenly feel emotional as I felt the sadness and the thought of not seeing them tomorrow makes me really sad. I cried. The first time I cried on my last day here in Banjarmasin. It is with a heavy heart, that I will be leaving but I will always treasure the great times we spent together.
Especially my so called “Sarap Squad” because we were the group that were not with the Thailand because the school where we deployed were far from their school, in short we were always together. They are like my sisters from another mother. I love my Sarap Squad :)
Indeed I had the most out of this experience.
